"Our biggest problem is awareness"
"If that's your mantra, you're working to solve the wrong problem.
If your startup, your non-profit or your event is suffering because of a lack of awareness, the solution isn't to figure out some way to get more hype, more publicity or more traffic. Those are funnel solutions, designed to fix an ailing process by dumping more attention at the top, hoping more conversion comes out the bottom.
The challenge with this approach is that it doesn't scale. Soon, you'll have no luck at all getting more attention, even with ever more stunts or funding.
No, the solution lies in re-organizing your systems, in re-creating your product or service so that it becomes worth talking about. When you do that, your customers do the work of getting you more noticed. When you produce something remarkable, more use leads to more conversation which leads to more use.
No, it won't be a perfect virus, starting with ten people and infecting the world. But yes, you can dramatically impact the 'more awareness' problem by investing heavily in a funnel that doesn't leak, in a story that's worth spreading."

- Amazing job with O'Week! 3000+ Opens is an amazing feat. Now's not the time to slow down though!
- When a lot of people go to O'Week, they sign up to a lot of clubs and only end up being active in one or two of them, and just forget the others. We've got 3000 Opens - if we don't act fast, 3000 people will forget about us this week. It's time to move everyone to Applications right now - book EP Chats, send them our partner projects, go go go!
- But don't slow down with Attractions or your pool will dry up - balance both attracting new Opens while also converting past ones. Look over the materials for the National OGX Campaign ('The Places You'll Go, The Things You'll Do') and see how you can turn it into physical attractions.
- RIS is also happening - reach out if you want feedback on your agenda, and make sure it adheres to the RIS Standards! (VP MaC's, you know what this is)

ICX Results
ICX 3 Weekly Priorities:
a) Lead Generation and Lead Connected: According to the colour coding follow the instructions:
- Green LCs: Focus now 100% on Lead Connected. Remember start with one channel and follow up with another one the next day or same day. Minimum 5 Follow ups per Lead. Break down your Leads per member.
- Yellow LCs: 50% of your operations in Lead Gen. 50% in Lead Connected. Have actions space for your members after the first induction and training sessions. Break down your leads per member. Finish your Lead Gen ASAP!
- Red LCs: 70% of your operations in Lead Gen. 30% in Lead Connected. Work at the same time in both activities will lead you to not accomplish either. Don't make your new members do 100% of your Lead, this should be a job of You and your TLs.
b) ICX Induction and Action Spaces:
INDUCTION: Clarity of What, GT, GE and GV value proposition (depends on your LC), Pricing, ICX Customer Flow, Visa, ICX LC Plan and Leadership Development Understanding. These can be topics for an induction day. Book this time ASAP use the excitement of your new members and make them even more keen to learn about ICX.
ACTION SPACE: 2 or 3 Actions Spaces per week will make your members work as a team, share their experiences, have Peer to Peer learning and prepare for meetings. Don't make them do their work alone, this spaces makes accountability and tracking easier for you and your TLs.
c) TL and members planning tracking:
Your TLs and member have to plan after the first week, how their weeks are going to look in terms of operations, their expected results and activities.

Congratulations NSW for hosting a killer Reintegration Summit yesterday! 40+ returned EPs from the region were able to close their experience of leadership development through exchange, and some of them have even pledged to go on another exchange this summer!
