Last week I congratulated you all on your incredible work achieving 3000+ youth interested in AIESEC and the type of leadership we enable. My question for you today is - where are they now? What do they think about us and our value now?
Every single person who put their name down was given an expectation from AIESEC. Every one of them are stories of purposeful leadership that are how we make our positive impact on the world. What will it be like if everyone on your campus was a solution-oriented and self-aware world citizen who empowers others?
We have a responsibility to every one of those young people to enabling their leadership journey. That means embodying customer-intimacy in every interaction we have with them, closely guiding their process, listening to their needs and being agile to respond to changing situations.

The challenge is to truly embody customer intimacy in every interaction we have with our customers.
Every OGX tier has a goal they need to achieve!
Everyday, the MC will help you to get closer to your target by giving smaller tasks and induction topics to your members.

The first LC per tier to achieve their target will receive a trophy presented at National President's Meeting in May 2017.

We have around 3,000 interested customers and we have managed to contact only 279! Out of 950 membership registrations, 538 applicants are interested in going on exchange. Congratulations to AIESEC in ANU, AIESEC in QUT and AIESEC in RMIT for being the fastest LCs to contact all their opens!! Recognition to AIESEC in USYD to being very close to being the fastest LC in the TIER. 35 Applicants from UNSW 11 Applicants from UQ and ANU 17 Applicants from SA Marketing challenge is on! Time to get more opens to funnel through! |
