I remember all too well how I felt in the past after delivering winter peak - tired and ready for a break, but at the same time wanting to make summer peak so much bigger.
Rest is important; without taking a break to recharge, you'll burn out. But just as important is using this period to learn from the past semester.
Without learning there is no improvement. Use this week to evaluate your previous activities and clearly understand how you can improve and build on your successes.
Because without learning, you can't launch, learn and repeat.

As you head into replanning, use channel effectiveness data to best set your goals and define your activities.
What channels gave you the most Opens? And just as importantly, what channels gave you the most APPLs and APPRs?
If a channel gave you heaps of Opens but very little Applicants and Approves, then the message you're using for those channels are not attracting the right people - so how can you adjust it?
If a channel gave you a lot of Applicants and Approves but very few Opens, how can you use this channel to increase your volume, while maintaining the strong message which led to strong conversion?

Congratulations to RMIT (2 APPRs), QUT (1 APPR) & UTS (1 APPR) for getting some OGX APPRs last week (and great job UTS for another APPR coming in so far this week!) Keep up the amazing work!
"Basically I chased up on old 'keen' EPs from previous years who we completely let go, for an EP Chat. Most of the time, they're EPs who say they were keen after graduation. Its a fun side project to do by yourself or with members to follow up. Everything else after depends on your sales and LEAD nurturing. 2 of our current approves were EPs from 2014 and 2016! Couldn't have done it without support from my EB!"

The full MC 17/18 team is here! After team to team transition, MC 17/18 have headed straight into team days and planning to build the MC plan for the next year after gaining inputs from the LCPs. We can't wait to make it work to make it real!
