tweaking for pnf
For the past five days, MC Audacious & MC Tweak together with representatives from all 13 local committees of AIESEC in Australia to unite and understand how to really make the leadership through exchange we enable work in order to make PnF real.
It's about having an external heart in caring for the world and an internal mind in tweaking what we do to best achieve it.
What's our latest reason for needing PnF? I was reading this article where, regardless of your political views, anyone can see that the outcomes of our actions are not making Australia as inclusive as it could be. When we are not inclusive, how can each person fulfil their potential?
Internally, what's best way we can do something to strive closer to PnF this summer? Create 540 complete leadership development experiences through our Global Volunteer and Global Talent products.
It starts with the everyday actions - going all out and not being afraid to approach people at the remaining O-Days, contacting those who've been interested enough in AIESEC to sign up within 24 hours, so that we can bring more and more people towards leadership development not tomorrow, not sometime in the future - now.

Coming back from NewCon - last week of July and focus on ATTRACTION!

We are very excited and happy that finally, we could meet you, We cannot wait till next meeting and right now we are ready to rock. Remember that we are here for you so if you have any questions after intensive NewCon please feel free to approach us.
We have last week of JULY which means for us so far 1327 OPENs and only 50 Applicants. (from 1st of July till 26th of July)
Taking consideration current conversion rate we need much more OPENs.
Check out Global Timeline once again( picture above) #timeline_is_everything
Put emphasis on O weeks and O days as this is one of your best opportunity to get the huge volume of OPENs so don't miss this chance and put words into action!
Please make sure that all people (OPENs) have assigned EP managers and they are contacted within 24h.
The small reminder about homework from the conference:
1. Approach at least 3 EPs from your LC from every stage and product - GV, GT, GE - registered, open, applicant
2. Ask them about
a) their interest
b) why of registration
c) why of not visiting OP
d) why of applying
3. Check how they wanted to be contacted - WhatsApp, FB, mail, SMS, etc.?
4. Assess what are the obstacles in customer flow that could stop people from applying.
Engage your structures, adjust the flow to your current situation and customers. It shouldn't take a lot of your time and it can bring a lot of valuable insights. Take some notes, collect the data and tweak your plans based on the data.

ICX Results
ICX Weekly Priority:
NewCon gave the ICX fam many realisations and understanding of realties and different peaks that we should be working with.
Currently we're working into first week of August with the weeks of LEADS changing into the months of LeadConnected and meetings.
Many people wonder and ask what the success of strategies of sales in ICX is, the simple answers the ICX commission came together to understand is actually very simple:
1. Fear: That we can't do something or that we don't have enough resources to move forward
2. Discipline: To ensure that responsibilities are carried out with the sense of urgency
As a commission during conference we have come up with many solutions to fundamental issues we have, please stay tuned for the output released, whether it be via your VPs or materials from your MCVP ICX :)
