ONE WEEK LEFT. Remember - our members deserve the best experience in order to be able to deliver the summer #Completes that we all want to see happen. What do our members mean to you?
Our conversation we had surrounded - how can we ensure that we are enabling and managing our talent so that they can deliver these experiences?
What can you do?
1. Define your goals. What do you still need to achieve with your LC and what are the activities that we can do during this time in order to hit them?
2. Set clear expectations with your LC. What is going to be happening during this period? What needs to be achieved? Remember - be outcomes focused, don't limit yourself to the traditional structures we have for this time period!
3. Understand your members - who's available, when? Who's doing what? Make sure you set goals with your members so that we can ensure we are still moving closer to PnF.
4. Ensure a clear system of accountability and internal communications - make progress visible! Make sure to keep in constant communication with members so we know what is happening around the LC and really rally a spirit of community.
5. Engage and recognise progress! Everyday, we are moving closer to being the best versions of our LCs. How can we recognise those that are balancing both the stresses of uni and their commitments to themselves and AIESEC?
It doesn't have to be that hard. Keep things simple! Even if it's one hour or two hours or three hours that you dedicate to AIESEC per week during this period, what is the most effective thing we can be doing? How can we utilise our strengths to complete things smarter?
