- We still have Opens signing up, so remember to follow up on them, whilst delivering VD to the Realised EPs
- VD and BA should be happening. Remember to be in regular contact with your EPs and ensuring that all 16 Standards are being delivered!
- IR is not just about having contacts and all. Have a goal with IR, and embed it into your strategy. And from that, build a relationship with the HE, so that you work together on it!

- Continue supporting your VPes in:
1. Support, revise and give feedback to your successors: Remember their success is also your responsibility. Make sure you take the time to check, ask questions and challenge for better outcomes.
2. Collect content from EPs abroad: This is the perfect time to utilise the people that are abroad and make sure we have enough content for the upcoming attraction period. Work with oGV and EST Matthew to piggyback on national strategies and have your EPs showcasing content! Make sure they are all in the Facebook Group for summer EPs (there's really cool content being shared there)
Elects:
- There is ONE MORE MONTH, 2 MORE WEEKS to prepare for what's about to be an incredible year - don't waste this time! I know planning can be tedious, but believe once you have done the bulk of it it becomes so much easier to know where you need to focus your actions! Use it as much as you can to prepare for the first 4 months of your term, for O-Week, for your team structure and any resources you need! I have just had a commission chat with you and have been reviewing all your plans! Make sure that the things we talked about can be tweaked and are ready for Feb!
1. Preparation for February: For most of you Feb is a HUGE month for open generation. It is also O-Week, which means we have the chance to portray ourselves as the organisation we want to be. Our blue needs to be in every corner of the uni! So make sure you have booked a meeting with me to review plans, you are already talking about how your stalls are going to look like, contacting other clubs to do cross promotion, and looking for prices on the things you need to invest.
2. Promotion of recruitment: Recruitment logistics is not your focus, the only thing you want to make sure is that we can have enough exposure during these 15 days that we have for recruitment so that we can get the best people. So for those 2 weeks, let's think of ways in which we can make our recruitment be all over social media and the uni channels!
If we want to achieve the biggest winter peak in history, we have to do things that we have never done before - January is the month that we focus and fight to make sure we achieve what we set for our entity for winter
Let's make the most our of it!

We are in the peak of recruitment period - knowing that it's sometimes easy to blur the line between who's responsibility it is - your role is to ensure that your successor can be executing upon their plans right now. It doesn't mean you have to tell them what to do or do it for them, let them do it, give them feedback, tweak and repeat. With recruitment here as one of the most important periods of time, how are you going to set them up to have the best year coming possible?

- Talent Plan MUST be finalised as soon as possible. Please reach out to your coaches or myself if you are unsure about the structure of your LC or how many people to recruit.
- PROMOTE THE HELL out of recruitment using the national resources provided and anything that you might have of your own! Remember, this is not about doing things when its easiest for us or how we've always done it, this is about doing the right things at the right time in order to set yourselves up to achieve your goals.
- Have your own local recruitment flow. When are things happening? When are you posting on university portals? When are you going to have info sessions? When are you preparing for your selection dates? Who's sending out emails?
