For most of my life growing up, a month felt like such. a. long. time.
A month passing meant one less month of school to go in the year.
A month passing meant being closer to December (birthday, holidays, summer...)
A month passing meant... without me knowing it - bringing me closer to a point in life where I wouldn't even notice a month passing because I was too busy being present in that month, enjoying every moment of it.
Looking around now, it's the 15th of August. Half of our month has passed, and over half of the leadership development promises we made for this month are yet to be fulfilled. What are those moments of progress that allowed us to get to where we are? What were the best feelings we had when we were progressing - in bringing more leadership development experiences to the world, and more personal development to ourselves through it?
For the rest of August, what's stopping us from feeling like that every day?
Do the things you can control - focus, effort, discipline, and do it fast enough to make things real.

What Do I Need To Know As LCP:
Activity & Data are both equally important and support each other.
To assist us all in understand where we are and how to get to where we want to be, we need to ensure:
1. Trackers are filled out every 2 days (ICX Eps have a calendar invite to remind)
2. GvA Gap - Especially in August and going into September, we need to mind the gap and fill it up before things pick up
3. LeadCon & Meeting are our main measures and focus!!!!!!

1) All members are receiving their goal setting, one2ones & performance review so that we know what is happening within our membership.
2. Key data (metrics that matter) are starting to be measured in order to be able to make informed decisions
