A fixed mindset believes that situations are fixed and there's nothing else we can do.
A growth mindset believes there are always improvements to be made, possibilities left unexplored and learnings to be had.
A fixed mindset believes that "end the semester" means attraction is useless, young people are no longer interested.
A growth mindset believes that there is always another way and more potential to explore to bring our product our to the young people who need us. It believes that exams are (for an example!) an opportunity for exciting guerilla marketing ideas, digital promotions and enticing promotions to take action on when exams end.
My question to you this week is this - will you choose to have a fixed or growth mindset? Whatever your choice may be, what effect would that have on your entity and your personal development?

bonus round closes Sunday 4th June
As you've already seen on the Facebook page, the bonus round closes this Sunday (4th June)! Would encourage you all to change your cover photo at bit.ly/GVCHANGE (or click the beautiful same cover photo below) - there are a bunch of different countries to choose from - and end it with this caption to create the sense or urgency! This is our final chance to create an impact this Winter

Not only continue following up your current leads, but also follow up the meetings that you have attended. It's really important to remember that after the meeting the sale is not close and we have to keep following up, not as often as we used to do it with Leads but at least every 2 or 3 days, with a call and an email.
b) Smart Sales:
After you attend a meeting you have a good or a bad feeling. If you know that this company is not going to close that contract only follow up once send what the ask and put that company on stand by, follow up every week. You have to concentrate your effort and time on the company that actually showed a strong willingness to partner with AIESEC.
If you are not sure whether the company wants to partner with AIESEC or not, do a few follow ups and sense their commitment to close as soon as possible if you don't feel a possible yes. As the sale person you know that you need to move to a better prospect.

Stall’s weren’t as fruitful as we wanted them to be – so we took the members’ feedback and changed our approach to have a two day stall on campus whilst simultaneously having members roam campus with flyers and a laptop to gain better reach. And it worked pretty well!"
