Remember the checklist and to put up your BEST FACES! <3 For those who have not started O-WEEK yet, YOU ARE STILL HAVING OPENS COMING IN! Which means they should be contacted and we should be already offering them opportunities.
Let's not deny a young person the opportunity to go abroad simply because we were too busy to reach out and respond!

With all of us the progress of obtaining new members and inducting them, times are scary buys and hectic.
Have no fear though! As we just need to "JUST DO IT" - Nike / Nadia Kyme quote
We know how important it is in this time period for us to grind, even if we have no time nor Human Resources!
From the EST and me, we're delivering and support as much as we can, so you can focus on achieving and getting results, while the take care of the L&D and figuring out HubSpot as much as possible!
More sales needs to happen! we can't wait, as our customers who don't know about aren't waiting.

Hi AIESEC!
EST summit and PD functional was so great. Together with Steph, Rey and Carl (who was virtually with us), we had the possibility to get to know each other much better. We did brainstorming about creative ways how to approach companies and we talked about Alumni potential. Besides we checked all resources from 2 years ago to find main inferences. Mostly we had fun together and now we are ready to get shit done and put PD on fire.
By the way don't wait for perfect opportunity cause time is now and it will never be perfect.

There is no better time than NOW.
For the past month or so - we've been talking about why we need to do recruitment earlier - the same applies for the rest of the year!
Why do we need to wait for all membership to be recruited before we do induction instead of having one for each? Why do we need to wait for induction if members are still overseas?
If we really want to strive for excellence and grow disruptively - we need to think outside of the box. We need to see the outcome and not have limits in what we can and can't do. Don't have members right now? We can still contact our opens that are coming in
With new members coming into the organisation, it's more important than ever to role model the behaviours that we want to see. 20% of learning on induction day/LCM/team meetings, 10% learning through the courses we have on the @Hub and 70% through practical learning. Don't give them anything less in their experience because that's what it takes to achieve the goals that we've set.
Call to action:
1) Get yourself and all team leaders to take the performance management course
2) Get yourself and all team leaders to attend the performance management webinar on Friday 16th, 9PM
3) Get yourself and all team leaders to attend the Team Standards Building Webinar on Monday 19th, 9PM
