When I was a member in my LC, I had no idea that the seven exam periods I would experience with AIESEC would not only give me the same chance as any other day of the year to work towards significant leadership through exchange - it would give me the chance to live up to my personal why's of staying in AIESEC - to challenge my limits and fulfil my potential, especially when it got hard.
The things we do in AIESEC don't become any less cool because of exams; because of them, they become the stories we can tell about how we also developed ourselves through sending others overseas on their experiences... and for some of you, you may be writing a national newsletter address years later as a changed person, running this organisation to deliver impact to our customers and give our membership the same opportunity to stretch themselves as uni students.

Renewable energy investment surges as Australia on track to exceed Renewable Energy Target
Society, Businesses and Investors have started moving to Renewable Energies, rather than waiting for the government.

Entity WIGs
WIG 1 - Increase Open to Applicant Conversion from 5% to 15% by May 31st
- Current Open to Applicant conversion is 4.19%
- We are getting more Opens and Applicants every week, however its been at a consistent rate, and so out conversion has had stagnated growth
- In order to send people on Exchange, and make a significant impact, we need to improve our Open to Applicant conversion, and that starts now!
- We should already be at 100% implementation as of now as the infrastructure for performance management should be embedded.
- Congratulations to Monash, UNSW and QUT for reach 100% of the WIG 2 implementation checklist! woo!
- Ask your LCP / VPTM on what you still need to get there to help the entity progress forward!
- It's crucial that we remember the essence of this WIG - it is here so that we can see what we need to do in order to engage, develop and enable our membership to achieve

With exam period here, how can we don't drop everything we do? We need to ensure that we're able to balance our time, and our priorities so that we can achieve what we aim to!
Do you know the status of each of your Applicants and each of your Accepts? Whether they want to go or not, and why? How can we be intentional in ensuring that those who are interested, aren't forgotten, and that we keep everyone engaged through exam period?
Focus on working with partners, as they’re the people that will works fast with us and have summer projects available!
Realisations are starting o happen (we had 6 in May)!! How can we ensure we are being proactive in what we do with the HE and EP, in order to ensure EPs are provided that full Leadership through Exchange experience, and become Completes!!

How can we do this as a product?:
For Winter - Make sure your pipeline is completed - all APPL are ACC and all ACC are approved
For summer - leverage of the 9000+ people interested to go in the summer and make sure you can communicate the benefits of preparing for it earlier!
Recruitment - Have an OC that can focus on this, the rest of your team should be focusing all their efforts on driving the product

A lot of things are happening, so your members can book themselves ONE HOUR of their day to power through activity: No distractions, no social media, just purely hustling! And after that, you are done and can go study and prepare for everything that needs to be done
