Last month, we had to chance to see what it meant to take all of the connection and purpose from StateCons around the country and drive that into our everyday actions for April.
With the winter break drawing ever closer and all those people around the country sitting on their approved status towards their leadership development experience, our best and last chance to make a significant winter peak is here. Despite the challenges, especially as uni gets busier, one thing we can always be grateful for is the opportunity to be part of this organisation and do some very cool and real shit that only comes around towards us once - this one chance to make 2018 the biggest winter peak of leadership through exchange that AIESEC in Australia has ever seen - and let's have some fun while we do it! Entity WIGs
WIG 1 - Increase Open to Applicant Conversion from 5% to 15% by May 31st
- Current Open to Applicant conversion is 3.45%
- Marketing is also responsible for OP to APP conversion! oGV and MaC NEED TO work together in order to achieve this WIG!!!
- In order to send people on Exchange, and make a significant impact, we need to improve our Open to Applicant conversion, and that starts now!
- 2 months have passed with data, we have one month left to achieve our WIG! Check out your LC standing on where you are at and if you have any questions, feel free to approach me!
- Ask your LCP / VPTM on what you still need to get there to help the entity progress forward!
- It's crucial that we remember the essence of this WIG - it is here so that we can see what we need to do in order to engage, develop and enable our membership to achieve

Memeingful May has just started!! In order to make an impact this Winter, we need to be able to send people on exchange! And that begins at contacting them, and having them apply!! Regardless of whether you're oGV or MaC, everyone who is part of the product, should contact Opens and work towards Applicants!
We're coming closer to our Winter Peak, where EPs actually get to experience the product! In order for this to happen, we need to ensure that people can go. The next week of Memeingful May will be focusing on Applicants and ensuring e have enough people applying!! Focus on our IR partners to make the process easier

When a company says your product is too expensive, it isn’t always about price.
In many cases, they have the budget for your product, but you haven’t demonstrated enough value to justify your price.
When a company t says your product isn’t a priority, one of three things is true. You’re either selling to the wrong customer, you aren’t pitching to your prospect’s priorities, or your prospect is masking their real concerns.
First things first: Uncover what’s really going on. Then you can customize your approach based on their situation.
In most cases, you just misunderstood what was really important to them.

1) What is my people data telling me about areas of improvement in my LC which can make the biggest difference in our operations this month? Ensure that you BRING this and have ACTIVE conversations with your EB about what these results are actually telling you.
2) Ensure that you are finishing your own engagement and talent review, do the initial talent planning of reviewing whether or not your members will stay and what are they key things working well/need improvements about your structure and numbers of people in your LC.
It can seem that there are so many things to do this month and you are unsure about what to focus on - book me!! Let's chaattttttttt.
