Brand advocacy campaign
From the Marketing Summit, the LCVPs and EST also came up with TWO campaigns!
Hear Carson talk about the Brand Advocacy Campaign and how we can keep our EPs engaged while they're on exchange :D

Here's a message from Amy Miam (VPe MaC, Curtin) who's leading the national BA Campaign:
What sets this campaign apart is the fact that we’ll be showcasing the EPs’ own photos and video footage during their exchange rather than a post-exchange testimonial. We’ll be utilising Facebook, Instagram and the AIESEC in Australia website - in photos, videos and blog entries.
Alongside the BA Campaign, we're also launching a video/photo competition as an incentive. The basic expectation is that each EP will submit one video, one photo and one blog entry. The EP with the most popular photo or video wins a dinner for themselves and 5 friends upon their return. The dinner will be at a restaurant that specialises in the cuisine of the EP’s exchange country to provide a space for the EP to share their exchange experience.
In order to kick start the campaign we need “pre-exchange” video – no more than 1 minute in length– from each participating EP. In this video, they may introduce themselves and their project and possibly their expectations. This raw footage will be compiled into a short video to introduce the campaign and the EPs we’ll be showcasing.
The campaign commences on December 25. The competition runs from December 25 to February 25. The campaign is open to any of this summer’s EPs. However, the competition is only open to non-AIESECers!
Your LCVPs already know all the details, but please get in touch with [email protected] if you or your EPs are interested in participating!

Customer flow implementation tracker ;)
Let's see which LC goes to green first- check it out here
At Sydcon we said that we would be working on 100% Customer Flow Implementation as an entity. The resources have already been sent out to all LCPS and also put on the weebly under resources.
Until 17th January we will be having a live update here of how much each LC has to go until they reach 100% ;)

December Comments
OGX:
Congratulations to all the LCs who are still getting APPRs - it's not too late to Approve EPs to projects happening in December! It's RE peak now as well - ensure you are delivering LEAD to all your EPs! If you're not developing leadership in your EPs based on their LDA and the defining elements of the Leadership Qualities, then you're not doing an AIESEC exchange. The race for #1 LC for Approves and #1 LC for Realisations is still very open for oGV, oGT and oGE - there are a few more days in the year, which LC will finish on top?
iGT:
We still have a huge pipeline in Opens, if we approve all our current opportunities we will have a growth of more than 50% from last year. Our opportunities have been post it to the global network, it's time to contact our partners and push them through the funnel. AIESEC in UQ is piloting a lead nurturing strategy if you want to know more about it contact them.

VALUE DELIVERY is where the magic happens ;)
Currently we have Monash, UQ, Curtin & USYD involved in the CX Challenge. I’m seeing some amazing things that people are doing regarding value delivery. I wanted to give an extra appreciation to AIESEC in USYD on how they are tracking, measuring and prioritising Leadership Development of their EPs. Lots of good case practices on what your OGX members should be doing and what standards you should set to the EPs.
Check out their tracker HERE and feel free to speak to anyone to USYD about it too :) It is so much more then a tracker but it priortizes the behaviours and actions we want to see in our LCs right now :)
At the end of the day it doesn’t matter if you’re involved in the challenge or not but a lot of these things you should be doing in your LCs regardless! Now is the most important time of the whole process with it being peak realisation and peak leadership development time.

India has been an intense experience ever since I touched down. It seems like every corner I turn, I encounter some culture shock moment. For instance, the traffic is like a minefield to navigate - I also remember we were riding in a rickshaw but the traffic was super congested so the driver just went onto the other side of the road and literally we were driving into the cars that were coming at us. But as chaotic as the country seems, I find it quite beautiful how there is an order to the chaos. It's also really eye-opening going around on our hospital visits and seeing the state that the patients are living in. Government hospitals in India by our standards are in unacceptable shape but the cost of going to a private hospital for most people are simply not a luxury they can afford.

Thank you AIESEC in Australia for an incredible election process - your active participation, critical thinking and maturity in understanding your responsibility for this entity has been amazing.
Thank you to the 6 MCP candidates who fearlessly stood for election to give the entity everything they had and all the dreams it could be. You are all an inspiration to us and we wish you the best in your future endeavours - we know you have great things to offer to AIESEC and the world :)
Good luck Jessie - we look forward to hearing from you soon! For now - enjoy your MC term in Malaysia!
