With a month of our term behind us, it was so nice to finally have MC Tweak back in the office - and my favourite thing to discover was how we have been striving to live out our team name.
We know those sayings, like - 90% of strategies fail because of poor execution. Execution is and will continue to be so important to achieving anything in life, inside and outside of AIESEC. It takes constant vigilance to tweak your actions, and a sense of humility and courage to tweak your plans to precede them.
Let's start September by setting ourselves up to succeed in what we intend to do, and letting it show in our daily actions.
Being surrounded by my team again is a good physical reminder for me, and us all - that we are not alone in doing this. Support your teams and allow them to support you - we came here to do something real, together.

Coming into September and peak operations period - we need to make sure that we know what each of our members are doing, what the key challenges are and tweak our actions in a timely matter. Each week matters!

The incentive? Each week the MC will be doing different challenges based on the overall entity achievement. For this week, if 7 LCs or more achieve 60% of their Open goals for August, the MC will do the challenge set by UQ! :). The LCs with the most numbers will pick the next MC challenge!
