How are you using each channel to capitalise on getting Opens?
Have a look through your goals per channel - does your daily and weekly activity align to which channels need to get you the most results? If your goal was for 30% of your Opens to be from Lecture Bashes, how is this reflected in your weekly priorities?
The other thing to look at is which channels are you succeeding the most in. If you see that Word of Mouth is getting you a lot of Opens and Applicants (you should track Applicants on your OGX Tracker) with minimal effort, then how can you put deliberate effort into these channels to generate even more Opens from them?

SUMMER AND WINTER OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE!
SUMMER AND WINTER OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE!
"Relationships are everything, if you are always asking how you can empower other departments and find how you are aligned to their goals, departments across the uni will support you in amazing ways.
So we have three events in the next two weeks, two of which popped up pretty last minute due to UR .Today was a global experience fair event run by the university which in the past has attracted 500 but the university attracted around half that this year. Our team heard our roll call songs come up and got super excited. I ran to the event manager and asked if we could do a flash mob and he was all on board livening up the event. We did our roll call and the event organisers loved the fresh energy and we had increased notice from the different university departments that were there. We asked the event manager if they were doing anything to increase traffic and they said some of their volunteers had not come! We said that's fine because we have plenty of AIESECers to drive traffic. We then got members to direct traffic to the event while pitching AIESEC, making AIESEC and the RMIT global experience department synonymous. The global experience department was so thankful to us that they helped introduce us to the venues department making it easy for us to get tables and resources whenever we want.
We got 30 opens from an event that cost us 80c but we strengthened our UR relations a LOT and made 3 new UR contacts and our members found new motivation with the youthful and lively approach we took- we made sure we utilised our key differentiating factor- volunteering and youthfulness. The members are now super keen to pitch at our upcoming events, the university departments are more excited to support us and we are on the way to getting a university representative (like an actual employee within the university responsible just for us)."

ICX Results
ICX Weekly Priority:
a) Break Lead Generation to Lead Connected Conversion rate:
Right now our conversion rate is really low, the lack of activity or not recording activity is showing that our portfolio is not performing in the best way possible. Incentive your members to do more contacts and record them in PODIO.
b) Follow up, Follow up and Follow up:
It's really important to know that we made everything possible to create a new partner. Follow up is not only an activity it ensures that busy people are actually getting our message and we are trying to get in touch with them. Enhance this activity to your members this will make the difference in your efforts to get more lead connected.

An update from Jessie!
"100% Australian with 100% Chinese heritage. This is how I proudly identify, and to be representing AIESEC in Australia at AIESEC in Mainland of China's regional conference last week, it felt like my two worlds and cultures colliding. While I got the privilege to stand before 300 new members, share my passions and represent Australia to them, the best moments of cross-cultural understanding came from listening to my hosting AIESECers talk about the Global Volunteer project impacting their hometown, or the way that the current MCP decided to prove stereotypes wrong and showcase the real China through his own behaviours and actions when he went on exchange to Vietnam. The conference gave me a look into AIESEC in MoC and admiration for the way they strive for excellence, reflection into understanding my own heritage and a determination that more young people between our entities get to know what each other are truly about."

Your VPTM already have a copy of the new Team Standards Checklist. They should be duplicating this checklist for each team. However, please remember The Role of TM in this process is NOT the tracking of the Team Standards, But to support the implementation And to draw inferences from the data.
LOTS OF LOVE FROM TM EST! <3
