A day is no longer or shorter for any of us, and how we choose to spend that time matters. How many times have you been doing one thing while seemingly unable to stop yourself from thinking about another - and not end up effective either?
Leadership is presence, and presence is a choice - whether it's exam study, AIESEC, and also the downtime you choose to spend - choose to be all there, do your commitment to your time justice. It's not about spending more time on AIESEC - use your presence on the time you have for one thing that will make the biggest difference. This is not the month for blue sky possibilities - ain't nobody got time for that. - Right now, it takes 35 days to get an Applicant to become Approved. How can we speed this up, and make it happen in a week?

October has been quite the ride and really busy in all fronts! With exams right at our doorstep - if you could only do one thing during the coming weeks, what would it be? We all have the same time - it's not about spending more time doing AIESEC, but doing the right things during this period that will make the most difference. Even if it's one hour or two hours or three hours that you dedicate to AIESEC per week during this period, what is the most effective thing we can be doing? How can we utilise our strengths to complete things smarter?
What does this mean for us?
First things first, make it easy for yourself! Direct all your TLs/VPs/LCP to this weeks webinar to save yourself energy in training them!
What does this mean for you?
1) Ensure that your key projects/activities have enough HR capacity for it to work and run efficiently and effectively. If this means joining in national action spaces, do it! If this means ensuring that you have people join your own LC action space/study space, do it! Just make sure activity is happening by enabling your members to be accountable towards their commitment.
