Print the materials on a high quality paper for O-week and the rest of your activiities! DISTRIBUTE THE SHIT OUT OF THEM <3
if you are creating more materials, please use the colours for each entity and the emblem to make it aligned with the product!
Take a look at the product package workspace to understand the value proposition for each destination and how it connects to the external relevance between Australia and the partners.

Never underestimate the power that we have as Marketing, to promote the hell out of our product, so we can reach more and more young people that will go on a life-changing experience... and it all started with a stall!!!

Especially to the LCVP Elects that are currently overseas or full time working and still fulfilling their JD!
Starting off the term and ending the current term on the right foot!
Regardless how long you've been in IGT, starting to get results now, there is no need to wait.
No matter how much is left of your term, there is always impact and opportunities for us to open for youth leadership development to happen!

The previous week was full of lead generation, mostly looking for new companies through Linkedin with plenty of follow-ups.
Together with Steph (EST) we worked on sponsorship proposal for companies.
TIP #1 Always think how can you HELP the company. What will be the value for them? Talk less about yourself! :)
Always remember that:
if you can’t enter through door use window and if a window is closed, how about the chimney?

How cool is it that right now - in the next few weeks, maybe in the next few days - we'll have our new members coming into the organisation?
February is the month where our people matter most. 100% inducted members so that we are able to achieve what the end goal. But don't forget alongside this - the things that truly matter for our peoples engagement;
Why am I here?
What am I doing and how am I contributing?
Where do I belong?
This starts with ensuring our induction process is executed with all 3 objectives being hit and that we are executing the building stages of our team standards. With everything that is happening in February - make sure you know that 100% inducted members is your end goal. And how do you know if this is successful? -> How many days before it takes our members to achieve their first goal!
Everything that we are doing is to make sure we are enabling our main thing to be achieved - never lose sight of that!
