what does customer intimacy look like?
The difference between saying you care about the customer and meaning it all comes in the little actions you take.
How are you looking at which SDGs, destinations and project your EPs have been applying to? How can you suggest more similar projects they might be interested in? How can you increase the chances of them finding a perfect project to commit to?
How are you picking up the detailed pains of the company and offering sample profiles that could help? How are you making their interaction with us exciting, engaging and not a chore? How are you making the selection process incredibly smooth and easy for them?
It's all about paying attention to the small needs and offering our best recommendations as enablers of youth leadership development.
Take those actions and mean it :)

MARketing RESULTS
Initial success doesn't guarantee future success.
That's the Momentum Myth - success in O'Week doesn't mean that you'll continue to get Opens. What it does mean though is that you need to show up again and again and again, week after week, in order to consistently get Opens. Our 2017 growth is slowing week after week, meaning that 2016 is catching up to us. If we want to grow, we need to re-energise our Marketing and generate more Opens.
Have a look at which LCs are performing well per channel - those are your learning partners, so don't wait for them to tell you their secrets but seek those out yourself!

a) First Contact and Follow up: It's time to give to our leads that first call. It's important to know that we have four different channels to contact them (calls, emails, linked in and networking events). Also remember to complete our 5 follow ups, making sure that each follow up we create a value for the company to make them reply.

Congratulations Erica (VP MaC, AIESEC in Monash) and the rest of the AIESEC in Monash team for generating 87 Opens last week through Lecture Bashes!
Their secret? A high volume of lecture bashes with a clear call to action.
Each member did four lecture bashes in the week, and at the end directed people to sign up at aiesecaustralia.org/signup straight away. They also put this link on the screen, to ensure that no one would miss out on it.
Great job, looking forward to more Lecture Bash opens from the entity in the next week!
(Wait... that is Erica in the photo, right...?)

AIESEC in SA's Key Tips for their VP OGX: "It was just about doing the basics and doing them right! Being customer centric with the types of projects EPs were after and focusing on national partners. Follow up was taking very seriously, 24 hours is heavily enforced to make sure that we do not lose anyones interest"
