- When Contacting Opens, check whether your activities to get them to become Approved, are customer centric and effective! Are you following up quickly and being efficient?
- Marketing is also responsible for OP to APP conversion! oGV and MaC NEED TO work together in order to achieve this WIG!!!
- In order to send people on Exchange, and make a significant impact, we need to improve our Open to Applicant conversion, and that starts now!
- Check out your LC WIG 2 implementation checklist! Our goal for the entity is to reach 50% implementation by 31st March.
- Why? Because we need to make sure that our WIG is actually enabling our members to achieve what we need!

How to get more meetings? That was the question which I asked myself every day in February.
Thanks to different activities I had the possibility to met alumni, chief marketing strategist and talked with different MCVPs, that's why I could improve my sales process and understand how details matter in sales.
The conclusion is simple :) We need to contact more companies in order to test our titles, contents of emails and be consistent with follow-ups by email or phone call.

It's time to build off everything that we've been working up until now and start to achieve!
March is a period of time to ensure that we are balancing both our operations as well as managing our people.
It's a slippery slope - but always remember - ground yourself with the operations that are happening.
How do we do this?
1) Ensure that the learning and development within your LC continues to support your operational timeline - learning doesn't stop just because induction has finished! Make sure you schedule in chats with different members of your EB!
2) Remember the key parts of our team standards that we need to concentrate on are - Team Meetings & one2ones. Really be on the grounds to understand how your team is going and WHAT your team leaders should be focusing on with each individual member.
3) 70% of our members learning comes through practical experiences - how are you ensuring that Performance Management is allowing every member to do their best work?
4) We talked about the X-Model of engagement - how are you going to pinpoint exactly where your membership is at and what strategies you have in place in order for that to happen!
