As our everyday actions gear us to work towards our main thing of significant leadership through exchange, let's constantly ensure we bring ourselves and the new members about to join the organisation along for the ride in knowing exactly why what we do is so important, and how what we do drives it.
I got to feel it in Indonesia, and Colombia... and on the daily in this country that I see we have so many opportunities for inclusion of all to be the best version of themselves.

EXCITING TIMES ARE COMING!!!!! With recruitment promotions done, we are focusing 100% on attraction! OUR MOMENT TO SHINE!
This is it... the moment we have all been planning for! Image how privileged we are that we get to learn by doing, AND that we get to do it while we work towards something that we so strongly believe in!
Never underestimate the power that we have as Marketing, to promote the hell out of our product, so we can reach more and more young people that will go on a life-changing experience... and it all started with a stall!!!

Hi AIESEC!
During previous week I had a meeting with 2 Alumni, so I will share shortly my thoughts with you about it.
Alumni in AIESEC in Australia is something which has huge potential but taking into consideration our current state of organisation, focus and limited capacity it's never a priority.
It's really worth to meet with them and get more awareness about market, industry, receive feedback and being introduced to people who might help as well in terms of looking for potential leads or just to improve our internal process.
We can have the external perspective of people with professional experience who know AIESEC.
They gave me feedback about our proposal which we send to companies and gave me some tips on my sales process that I can tweak immediately. I will continue contacting them, so let's grab this opportunity and move closer to deliver more life-changing experiencese changing experiences.
Always remember that:
if you can’t enter through door use window and if a window is closed, how about the chimney?

Don't have enough members yet? Make sure we deliver induction anyway so that the oGV product tour will align and help with operations.
Don't have enough applications? Use O-Week anyway for your oGV sales and have another pocket recruitment strategy.
Don't have people physically present? Deliver the most important parts of induction virtually!
Don't limit yourselves to what has always been doneeeeeeeeeeeeee

Have you heard about Youth Clean Up Day?
As AIESEC we support this initiative and we think it can be
perfect welcome activity for your new members
SDG 14 concerns Life Below Water, with a specific target of preventing marine pollution of all kinds by 2025. By registering a site for Youth Clean Up Day 2018, you can directly help overcome and raise awareness of this issue.
Last year, 792 Youth Groups participated in Youth Clean Up Day and this year, with the support of AIESEC, we hope to exceed that number. Participation is free and getting stuck in through a Clean Up event is a perfect activity to bring people together for the new semester.
