With the face of AIESEC in Australia changing with the new members we're bringing, imagine what this month of March Momentum can mean for all of us looking back - that in this prime of our lives, with many of us juggling uni, that it was not only the most challenging, or fun way we could've spent our 2018, but also that each action we take contributed towards something real for the world, in the youth leadership we promise it and how we promise to do it significantly.

WIG 1 - Increase Open to Applicant Conversion from 5% to 15% by May 31st
- We need to start contacting Opens now, so that we can drive this conversion! In order to send people on Exchange, and make a significant impact, we need to improve our Open to Applicant conversion, and that starts now!
- Check out your LC WIG 2 implementation checklist! All members need to have their goals set by this week.
- Why? Because we need to make sure that our WIG is actually enabling our members to achieve what we need!

Let's not forget that opens are still not our customers!
1. WHAT IS THE ONE THING THAT ONLY YOU AS VP CAN DO? Let's empower our members so they can develop as well and you can focus on managing people
2. Have a strong SOP that allows our customers to apply even if they just heard about us last week
3. Monitor the OP-APPL Conversion and APPLICANTS goal
- You are the person responsible for making sure that everything happens, but that does not mean you are the one doing all the work. Members joined because they want to contribute and develop their skills - give them the opportunity to do so and don't try to do it all yourself! How can you make your work focused on their ability to do theirs? #ExchangeEmpowerRepeat <3

From the EST and me, we're delivering and support as much as we can, so you can focus on achieving and getting results, while the take care of the L&D and figuring out HubSpot as much as possible!

Hi AIESEC!
How to get more meetings? That was the question which I asked myself every day in February.
Thanks to different activities I had the possibility to met alumni, chief marketing strategist and talked with different MCVPs, that's why I could improve my sales process and understand how details matter in sales.
The conclusion is simple :) We need to contact more companies in order to test our titles, contents of emails and be consistent with follow-ups by email or phone call.

2) Ensure that all team leaders are finishing the Building stage of the Team Standards and executing the Performing stage of the Team Standards.
3) 70% of our members learning comes through practical experiences - how are you ensuring that Performance Management is allowing every member to do their best work?
