Exam periods have always been an interesting period - where you are challenging to prioritise, and even question why you do the things that you normally do. The pressure of studies can be an opportunity for you to really sit back and ask yourself - why do you do it?
Why do you study? Is it just because you "have to"? Or is it because of something you value? How important is education to you, and amongst the 'compulsory' nature of it, what aspects do you actually really love about studying and your academics?
Do you work? Why is it important to you? Is it because of pocket money? What does that money enable you to do - for yourself, and others?
Why do you do AIESEC? Is it more than just 'commitment' or a fun community? What do you really get out of it, and why is it important to you in your development?
And what else is in your life - why is it important to you?
Being clear on the why helps you be present and make a choice in every area of your life. In a period like exam period theres two ways you can look at it - a time to block out everything and be unconscious in just "getting things done", or a time to reflect on why things are important to you and then what you will do about it.

ICX Weekly Priority:
a) Prepare for Replanning:
A new semester is coming. We have learnt a lot during the past 6 months and now it's time to improve our operations to get even more results. Replanning is a moment when we stop to think about our mistakes and learn how we can do it better. This doesn't mean that we have to stop our operations. ICX never sleeps!
b) Winter Sales Force:
Who are the members that will be part of your Winter Sales force. These people are responsible for VD if you have realisations or keep pushing sales during the holiday period. Remember that companies don't have this break and if we are free from Uni, we should utilise this time to get as many lead connected and meetings as we can.

Cool things happening in the network
mc 16-18 transition time!
Lily (who ran a dreaming process for both MCs for the NewCon Agenda and downscaled the draft budget to the rest of our teammates) and Ivan (busy with LC coach allocations and working with Val on replanning support for LCs) ARE IN THE MC HOUSE!!!! :D
As for the rest of us, Adi wrapped up transition with Louise and is now attending MC meetings and conducting network chats, Patricia has been investigating solutions to allow us to better understand and track our customers through their stages, Jessie met the chair and potential members of our National Board of Advisors, Jenny has started one-to-one conversations with the ICX network Kacper, has been gathering inputs on how his MC role can support potential focus products.
Team to Team Transition starts this week! Contact Jessie for any more info regarding transition progress :D
