For the rest of May & June, focusing & fighting to achieve includes doing that as the uni students that most of us are.
Besides from team meetings, imagine spending one hour per day that you're doing the things that you can control, and giving it your all... then when the hour ends, you take care of the rest of your life.
Let's do all that we can for AIESEC, ourselves in AIESEC, and ourselves beyond AIESEC in this period, for significant leadership through exchange and the people we can become through delivering it.

What's Happening Around Us?
If you were at the dinner table with a young teen and this news came on the TV, how would you guide and frame the conversation?
Entity WIGs
WIG 1 - Increase Open to Applicant Conversion from 5% to 15% by May 31st
- Current Open to Applicant conversion is 3.89%
- Marketing is also responsible for OP to APP conversion! oGV and MaC NEED TO work together in order to achieve this WIG!!!
- In order to send people on Exchange, and make a significant impact, we need to improve our Open to Applicant conversion, and that starts now!
- We should already be at 100% implementation as of now as the infrastructure for performance management should be embedded.
- Congratulations to Monash, UNSW and QUT for reach 100% of the WIG 2 implementation checklist! woo!
- Ask your LCP / VPTM on what you still need to get there to help the entity progress forward!
- It's crucial that we remember the essence of this WIG - it is here so that we can see what we need to do in order to engage, develop and enable our membership to achieve

May-June-July we need to focus because a lot of things are happening!
How can we do this as a product?:
For Winter - Make sure your pipeline is completed - all APPL are ACC and all ACC are approved
For summer - leverage of the 9000+ people interested to go in the summer and make sure you can communicate the benefits of preparing for it earlier!
Recruitment - Have an OC that can focus on this, the rest of your team should be focusing all their efforts on driving the product

POWER HOUR!!!
What is Power Hour? A lot of things are happening, so you can book themselves ONE HOUR of the day to power through activity:
No distractions, no social media, just purely hustling!
And after that, you are done and can go study and prepare for everything that needs to be done.
The only thing you need to do in order to make it happen to book this 1 hour on your calendar. It needs to be booked and you need to treat it as the priority

What do we need to do to get an Open?
Power hour and have it be our most productive hour!
Yesterday, I finished all my MC priorities for the day and decided to sort through all my LG accounts.
I sorted them on the spreadsheet from A-Z and # of FU because it was getting a lil too messy on Hubspot - I did my FU for all 30 something LG and got lots of email opens and replies - I got 2 meetings and a phone call booked too! (I thought my week would have no meetings)
This way, I can visually see which LG have opened email and how many times I have followed up and when was last date of contact!
