It was exactly a year ago now that I was in the middle of my LC coaching visit in Malaysia, and this is what the VP oGV told me. "Then... if you know you have so many friends so close to applying, getting accepted and approved to a project, how can you care so much that you're going to do everything you can to move them closer to a leadership development experience?" 8022 is the number of people we've engaged since 1st July, and we've only got 228 waiting to develop themselves this summer. This is not about finding more time, it's about using the time we have for AIESEC to do the one thing that will make a difference for all these young people still waiting for us in the pipeline. During a summit at Uluru in May indigenous leaders rejected symbolic constitutional recognition in favour of an elected parliamentary advisory body and a treaty. But Mr Turnbull insists a new representative body was not desirable or capable of winning acceptance at a referendum.

- In order to improve our Process Time and Conversions, remember that we have National Partners, who we work with to imrpove these, and work towards Completes!
- As people are in exams, try to make the process as fast and efficient as possible. This means, being able to provide all the relevant information and running CCs virtually or over text, as opposed to meeting up physically.

In Marketing, this week we focus how to capitalise on AIESEC Study Pack.
Also we right now don't FOCUS on generating more OPENs,
We need to convert our OPENs to APPLICANT
What does it mean?
For example: "liquid structure" 3/4 people from MaC portfolio should focus on converting OPEN to APPL.
"When you've got a moment
No achievement is too small. Because every achievement adds to your momentum.
When you only have time to make one phone call, make that phone call.
Even though you may not be able to get a whole lot done, you can get something done.
And doing something, no matter how small, is vastly better than doing nothing at all.
Any time, now for example, is a great time to get a little bit accomplished.
Sure, it's more efficient to paint the whole room in one session than to paint only one wall at a time.
Just make sure you don't waste a lot of good, useful time waiting for the most efficient situation.
Make use of the time you have to achieve what you can.
Each achievement lays the groundwork for more, and builds in you a positive habit of getting things done.
When you've got a moment, you've got an opportunity to make some progress
Grab each opportunity and go with it, every chance you get."
