What's important is to recognise everything that's happened. Win or learn? What are you learning?
How can you make sure that for the rest of the month - we keep our eyes on the bigger picture.
1) Peak attraction period - Get those opens!
2) 100% Inducted members - how are you constantly making sure your new members are learning and staying engaged?
With new members coming into the organisation, it's more important than ever to role model the behaviours that we want to see. 20% of learning on induction day/LCM/team meetings, 10% learning through the courses we have on the @Hub and 70% through practical learning. Don't give them anything less in their experience because that's what it takes to achieve the goals that we've set.
Call to action:
1) Absolute deadline for VPTMs/LCPs to take the performance management course: 23rd February
2) Absolute deadline for ALL TEAM LEADERS to take the performance management course: 28th February
3) Stay focused. Who's making sure we're taking care of the pipeline? How are you ensuring iGT operations?
