this week is global goals week!
How incredible is it that in September 2015, 193 world leaders agreed to 17 Global Goals for Sustainable Development.
How incredible is it that in December 2015 - 3 months after the launch, AIESEC as the world's largest youth run organisation became the first organisation to commit to taking action towards the 17 Global Goals. Since then, we have aligned one of our amazing products, Global Citizen, to the Global Goals, spreading awareness and enabling young people to understand and take action on issues that matter to the world. This week is #GlobalGoalsWeek. For the Goals to work, people need to know about them. For people to know about them, we are the ones to bring that awareness. |
This week, what will you do to encourage young people to take action on the Global Goals?

Official EXPA Standings
How are we growing from 2015?
What inferences are you getting from these numbers?
oGC:
Once again we had a strong amount of applications, but now it's time to start focusing on getting those Approves. 40 EPs have been accepted to projects this month, but only 20 have been Approved - how can we convert these EPs faster? And how can we both continue to attract new EPs while also getting Approves and starting on Value Delivery?
oGT/E:
Well done, we're now equal on Approves for September 2015 - our results from here on is growth! We're far behind on applications on 2015 though, and need to get more to ensure we have enough to convert in the coming weeks. How can we convert our applications faster and more effectively, so more of them get matched? 86 people want to go on a Global Talent or Global Entrepreneur experience - we just need to approve them to the right opportunity to make it happen!
iGT:
It's time to start approving our opportunities, we have to create the sense of urgency in our companies, right now we have 9 opens and only 1 of them is approved. Set the right expectation with the company and make them understand how important is to have 1 month process to take care everything before the realisation. Remember we have to keep constancy in our process, calls/emails flow up each day, meetings follow up every three days and approves every 5 business days after we deliver the first pool of candidates.
Small wins
