3) Recruitment Campaign & Process Creation
1) Preparation for Customer Interviews
- Fill out this Past Campaign Survey by Wednesday, 18th Jan 12pm
- To evaluate past recruitment campaigns and its effectiveness across different LCs
- Note - there are a lot of questions! Please answer as best as you can so we have more to work with :)
- Submit one per LC (even if you cannot make the Wednesday meeting)
- We will have a meeting this Wednesday, 18th Jan, 5pm-6pm GMT+11 (check email for the invite and link to Google Hangout)
- Will be part webinar, part workshop
- Objective: identify which assumptions we want to test/validate in customer interviews and create the questions for all LCs to do the discovery
- Output: Create Customer Interviews for each LC to conduct (Slides here)
2) Customer Interviews
- Based on the output of the Wednesday Customer Interview chat, we will have a set of Customer Interview Questions to do market research with :D
- Each LC is to interview at least 40-50 people between 19th-23rd January
- At least 20 of these people should be NEW CUSTOMERS (i.e. people who have not joined AIESEC before) - to test/validate what people are attracted by.
- Family and friends who may be suitable to join (e.g. starting uni)
- EOIs from last year (who did not apply/were not selected)
- At least 20 of these people should be EXISTING CUSTOMERS (i.e. existing members of AIESEC) - to test/validate what value we provide
- This will give us enough data to use to create a meaningful recruitment campaign
- At least 20 of these people should be NEW CUSTOMERS (i.e. people who have not joined AIESEC before) - to test/validate what people are attracted by.
- Output/Deadline:
- Spreadsheet with all the responses in it
- Report outlining key inferences (based on your local market) in this format
3) Recruitment Campaign & Process Creation
- Based on this output, we will have a two-day consolidation (24-25th) online with interested VPs to create the standardised recruitment process + campaign for the main round Oweek promotions
- More information will be available about this shortly (early next week): dates, times, process
- Output:
- Standardised Recruitment Process (including selection process, forms, timelines, etc.)
- National Recruitment Campaign (GTCM, Designs, Landing Page, timelines)
